All my overthinking mommas stand up. OK don’t really stand up but you can virtually raise your hand if you’re like me and haven 20 tabs open, 4 are frozen, and one is playing music and it’s one of those songs that are annoying as hell so it’s not helping your situation. LOL
I’m a mom of 3 so throw in the sounds of 3 kids either screaming, crying, and tapping on my leg or shoulder to ask me yet another really weird question.

Overthinking and how to stop it from ruining your life.
For me overthinking is me just doubting myself. Allowing my default programming to take over and tell me I'm not good enough or how shitty of mom or spouse or coach I am.
All untrue statements.
So what do I do to stop this beast from taking hold and allowing it’s lies to spread like a wildfire?
